Manor Farm is a unique, Ofsted registered setting in the heart of the Gloucestershire countryside where staff combine a passion for childcare with the pleasure of rural life. At Manor Farm we believe exploring and learning about farming, the countryside and its rich history offer a unique opportunity that children deserve and enjoy!

Staff

 

Parents and carers can relax knowing that their children are in safe, experienced and professional care. Manor Farm offers extremely high adult to child ratios to ensure every individuals needs are met.

 

All staff have had DBS (formerly called CRB) clearance and a paediatric first-aider is on site at all times. Hannah O'Brien runs Manor Farm. She has four children of her own and has worked in childcare for many years. Living at Manor Farm she knows the animals and environment better than anyone.

 

Hannah also has qualifications and a special interest in Environmental Sciences, Heritage conservation and archaeology giving her an unusual understanding of the landscape and its history.

The Manor Farm team draw on a huge wealth of qualifications and experience in childcare and Early Years education. All staff at Manor Farm undergo regular safeguarding training and we are passionate about offering staff opportunities for CPD within childcare to promote an environment of best practise.
