Club Activities

 

Manor Farm offers a huge variety of activities, with a perfect blend of arts, craft, sports, gardening, cookery and countryside fun. Here are just a few of things we get up to;

 

• Tractor Safari

• Pony rides with rosettes

• Pony care and fancy dress

• Gardening and planting your own kitchen garden in a wooden box

• Bird watching and photography and making your own picture frame

• Build a bird box/feeder

• Mini beast hunt/Pond dipping

• On foot gymkhana games with rosettes

• Cryptic clues giant treasure hunt around the field, gardens and barn

• Cooking with eggs from the hens and veg from the garden.

• Making bread with wheat from the field which you mill into your own flour 

• Decorating wooden door hangers, trinket boxes and more

• Meet the animals, chicks, chickens, ponies, tortoise, tarantula, working dogs, pigs, cows, geese and more!

• Ancient farming including wattling, making felt and flour and pottery.

• Survival skills such as fire building and wig wham making.

• A journey through the maize.

• Berry foraging and jam making

• Nature recording, use our sound recording equipment to create your own CD
